If your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not set up, the instructions below will not work.
Please create a helpdesk ticket to obtain a temporary password.
Do not use the temporary password to log in to the VISTA app. You must first enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and reset your password to secure your account.
2. Enter your username & select "forgot password"

(If you do not know your username, scroll to the end of these instructions)
3. Enter the characters in the picture and click Next:

4. Select either option:

Enter code on your Authenticator App

5. Reset your password:

6. Click on the Vista app on your computer and enter your credentials to sign-in.
