On-boarding a Corporate Employee:
Submit a helpdesk
ticket to IT at least a week ahead of time, or once the offer letter has been
signed, as our techs will need time to set up any desk equipment.
o Let us know
where they will be sitting, their Role, and the type of access we need to
mirror.
Off-Boarding a Corporate Employee:
Once the UKG workflow
has been submitted, Submit a helpdesk ticket to IT and provide the below
information:
o Let us know if you would like to retrain their email, who
should have access, and for how long.
o Collect/Return assigned equipment
Any requests submitted after hours with no advance notice
will be handled the next business day.
